At Kyria, every dish tells a story of heritage and heart. Chef Maria Lachana is a Internationally trained Chef with over 20 years of experience in fine dining and luxury hospitality. Formally educated in Greece and awarded a scholarship at Le Cordon Bleu in London, built her career in high-end restaurants across London, Paris, and Canada, including experience with The St. Regis. Now at KYRIA, she is creating a refined, memorable, dining experience.
